Service Packages

• Engine oil & oil filter change.
• Check, clean & adjust gap of the spark plug.
• Clean/replace the air filter.
• Adjust chain tension and rear brake.
• Two stage washing of the bike (diesel & shampoo wash).
• Check the battery conditions.
• Check the funtioning off all the electrical component.
• Check & adjust the clutch & accelerator cable.
• Check for any oil leakage on the bike.
• Check for swing arm play.
• Inspect for crack on all the rubber components.
• Clean engine oil sump strainer.
• Lubrication of essential parts.
• Identity & inform the customer of any problem noticed while servicing.

• Removal of front wheel.
• Removal of rear wheel.
• Check & grease all 4 wheel bearing/replace if necessary.
• Check & grease sprocket bearing/replace if necessary.
• Check & grease front & rear axels.
• Check & clean front disk pad/replace if necessary.
• Check & clean grease the front calliper assembly.
• Check & clean rear brake shoe liner/replace if necessary.
• Check & clean the rear drum cover plate. operating cam, shoe pin & spindle.
• All major nut, bolt, & foundation tightening.
• Electrical spray on right & lets handle bar switches.

• Disassembling & cleaning with fuel injector, throttle body & fuel pump with injector spray. Emptying the tank & cleaning it thoroughl with high pressure water wash & air to clear all foreign particles.

• Disassembling & cleaning the components of the carburettor with carburettor spray.
• Emptying the tank & cleaning it thoroughly with high pressure water wash & air to clear all foreign particles.

• Check/replace required washers seals & rocker gasket of the rocker cover to prevent leakages.
• Removal proper oil supply on the valve springs.

• Removal of the brake fluid from the master cylinder, through cleaning and change of brake fluid.
• Removal of the rear disc pad set, clean/replace if necessary and service the brake caliper unit.

• Check, clean, & service the components on the LH side & replace if necessary like.
• Clutch plates, clutch plate housing, chain tensioner pad, engine sprocket & the hex nut keeping the spray clutch assembly in place.
• Check, clean & service the components on the RH side, Replace the components if necessary like sprocket oil seal, kick shaft oil seal & front sprocket.

Note:

• The service maintenance packages include only labour, consumables will changed at actual.
• All the parts which require cleaning will be cleaned using the petrol from the customer's bike.
